terms and conditions
✦Each commission has a term of 2 to 5 weeks of minimum work from the moment I start the commi.
✦ I only accept payments by paypal and it's full required before commission begins.
✦Once the commission begins, there is no refund of payment.
✦You are not allowed to use my art to train AI.
✦The final product is only for personal use. Unless you have paid for commercial use.
✦You are not allowed to trade, modify, sell (print, merch, etc.) or take credit for the art.
✦ I have the rights to use the commission for promotion purposes.
✦3 WIPS* (art process) are delivered in which client will review and give their consent to continue, during this period the client can make requests for changes.
✦WIP 1: Sketch, the customer can make any type of changes without cost.
✦WIP 2: Lineart and base colors, at this point any change in the drawing not related to color will have a cost.
✦WIP 3: Shaded and highlighted, this is the almost final version of the drawing, the client can still make some minor changes to the coloring.

✦Please have a completed image of your character's design/reference ready for the submission, I do not accept Ai art references, I do not design OC, so please bring a clear reference.
✦Big changes after the sketch phase will be charged.
✦You must credit me wherever you use my art or you can add me to your credit's list on any social media of your own.
Commercial use
Commercial use is an extra permission for you to have more freedom with the use of the art:
